This series of works consists of actions unfolding over time.
Whenever it rains, I place a glass bottle outdoors until I have collected exactly 100 ml of rainwater. Immediately after, I seal the opening with wax. The water undergoes no treatment: it remains in its original state, a physical trace of a real event.
Each bottle corresponds to an actual rainfall. The inscription on the glass — “100 ml of rain, [date]” — is not a description, but a simultaneous recording of volume and time.
The constant measure of 100 ml establishes a limit within a natural phenomenon in constant flux. The act of sealing separates this portion of rain from the atmospheric cycle: from that moment on, the work becomes unalterable.
The work proceeds through serial accumulation, documenting a measurable presence on different days and fixing the exact moment the rain fell.
